Business Analyst, Managed Print Services, Toshiba Teledynamics

Responsibilities:

  • To penetrate and develop standard accounts as assigned by superior
  • To carry out pre-sales prospecting on accounts assigned
  • To prepare sales / presentation materials for quotation submission
  • To scope customer requirements and translate them into appropriate technical proposal
  • To achieve monthly sales quota
  • To establish and maintain a working professional relationship at all levels both internally and with customer by developing a core understanding of client's unique business needs and competitive changeless
  • To work closely with Account Managers to gather customer requirements to provide technical consulting expertise for solution offering to customer during the sales engagement  lifecycle
Requirements:
  • Able to scope customer requirements and translate into technical proposal
  • Strong in IT skills, familiar with product and solution support (printing, scanning, and Fax solutions)
  • Proficient in presentation, demonstration, and solution proposal preparation
  • Preferable from similar industry
