MT Business Technologies, in our Westerville office, is looking for a Managed Print Services Specialist. Under the direction of the Sales Manager, the Managed Print Services Specialist will establish and manage relationships with customers to obtain the maximum gross profit possible and net new sales.
In this position you will be required to find new Managed Print Services opportunities and conduct assessments on client environments. This position is for someone who is very good at prospecting and hunting.
This includes meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly sales objectives while providing customers with the highest level of service throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will find new business, grow and protect market share within their accounts and develop strategic plans for each account.
Requirements:-Professional Appearance-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Concentration, speed, accuracy to handle paperwork expeditiously-Accuracy in math calculations-Familiarity with personal computers and networks-High level of confidentiality-Customer service orientation-Excellent interpersonal skills-Leadership skills-Ability and willingness to travel
-Proactive sense of urgency to take initiative
Education & Experience:-Minimum 5 years experience in business to business sales-Proven Performer-Knowledge of P.C. Networks and Computer Operating Systems
-College degree (helpful but not required)
Responsibilities:-Conduct Business Ethically-Communicate effectively through excellent written and verbal skills-Explain complex processes and technical solutions using everyday terminology-Comfortable with C level consulting and selling-Consultative, solution-based sales with capability to apply “quiet pressure” for the close-Self-motivated and results-driven
-Solve problems as they arise
Implement Customer Solutions:-Efficiently assess and meet the needs of our customers-Be knowledgeable about the Computer Systems and Associated Products-Maintain and exceed the goals set by the company in the areas of revenue contribution-Contact current and potential customers-Assess customers current equipment and network needs and ensure satisfaction-Analyze the needs and wants of prospective clients and make solution-based recommendations-Demonstrate products-Ensure correct product installation-Resolve complaints-Take Ownership that Align with Objectives-Work with specifically assigned Major Accounts-Work with all departmental managers relative to personnel and customer needs analysis-Participate in special projects and contests-Conduct Call Blocks as needed
-All other duties as assigned
